When you submit a booking request, we collect your name, phone number, email (if provided), pet details, requested dates, temperament and medical notes, and any photo of your pet you choose to upload. This information is used only to follow up on your request.

How We Use It

Booking request information is used solely to evaluate and schedule your pet's stay and to contact you about it. We do not sell or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Data Storage

Information you submit is stored securely in our database and is retained until your booking is resolved or you request deletion.

Photos

Photos submitted with a booking request are used only to help us prepare for your pet's stay and are not published or shared without your permission. Photos shown in our public gallery are only ever real facility/pet photos, uploaded separately by Wagwell Boarding.

Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information at any time by contacting us.
